About Us
The Virtual Workforce Assessment Network (VWAN) is a database that uses state-of-the-art psychological assessments to enhance the process of matching job seekers and organizations. We also provide vocational guidance and educational program evaluation for schools by offering a customized report on students' strengths and weaknesses, along with a gap analysis if students want to pursue a specific career.
How does it work? First, job seekers or students complete a battery of psychological assessments. These assessments measure values, personality characteristics, interests, skills, and abilities. Once an individual profile of these scores has been created, organizations can search for talent and find candidates that possess relevant occupational and organizational attributes. Simultaneously, job seekers can begin a career exploration process to search occupations to which they are well matched based on vocational interests and values.
After an initial candidate search is performed, organizations may use the results of their search to invite potential candidates to complete additional targeted assessments, such as an aptitude test that is tailored to the specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements of the job.
