The VWAN offers the following services to job seekers:

• A comprehensive profile based on sound, validated measures that describes the job seekers� standing on occupational and job relevant attributes, including: abilities, skills, interests, personality, and work history.
• Vocational guidance is prepared by our qualified staff of counseling psychologists. Suitability is assessed with over 800 occupations based upon a fit among job seeker preferences and abilities, and the ability and skill requirements of occupations.
• Gap Analysis: If a gap exists between a desired position and a job seeker�s skill level, recommendations for personal development will be provided.
• Score and feedback reports that help guide individuals' career exploration process by recommending occupations to consider.

Research demonstrates that there are positive outcomes associated with optimizing individuals' fit at work, including higher levels of job satisfaction and lower intentions to quit a job.
